Villa Prasonisi I

This is a modern, functional and comfortable villa built on the NE and highest point of the plot. It has a size of 147 m2, a large infinity pool of 50 m2 and from all points inside and outside a unique view with an endless horizon of the Libyan Sea.

Interiors

Ground Floor

The kitchen includes high quality appliances (oven, oven, dishwasher, kettle, fridge with freezer, filter coffee machine & Nespresso, toaster, oven microwaves, etc.), a kitchen island with bar stools and everything you might need to prepare your meals. A comfortable sofa with large windows in front allows plenty of light to fill in throughout the room, while a 45-inch smart/satellite TV (with Netflix) completes the feeling of “home”. Earth tones and tasteful decorations add a touch of color and create a charming and welcoming environment.

Two bedrooms with their en-suite bathrooms are also on the ground floor, one with a double bed and the other with two singles with the possibility of a single top mattress can be added to the two single beds creating a double bed (if requested before arrival). Each bedroom includes a 32” Smart satellite TV.

Sea views can be seen from each bed through large openings. All lower ground floor areas have direct access to the pool and dining area outside.

First Floor

A staircase leads you to the 3rd bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom and Smart 32” satellite TV. From this bedroom there is direct access to a private balcony that overlooks the stunning panoramic view of the sea, the distant shores, the swimming pool, the island of Paximadia and the mountains.

Exterior

A 50m2 infinity pool (1.35m depth, children’s pool with 0.50m depth) dominates the spacious outdoor area with the amazing view. Comfortable sunbeds and inflatable beds are located around the pool, as well as 2 umbrellas provide you with the opportunity to enjoy the coolness of the pool in a unique environment at sea.

BBQ facilities offer an opportunity for delicious al-fresco dining at our large outdoor table accompanied by good local wine under the starry night or during the amazing sunset of southern Crete.

The beautiful exterior of our villa is completed, with the greatest respect for the environment, the local plants and herbs as a continuation of the natural landscape, without anything it seems excessive or extraneous
