Villa Prasonisi II

The composition of the 147 m2 building with the large outdoor areas on 2 levels and the 50 m2 infinity pool at the SE end of the plot, built right above the sea creates the feeling that you are constantly “travelling” in the Libyan Sea.

Interiors
Ground Floor

The kitchen area includes full household equipment and high quality appliances (see AMENITIES section) with a kitchen island with 5 comfortable chairs.
 
A comfortable sofa with large windows in front allows plenty of light to fill the entire room, while a 45 inch smart/satellite TV completes the “homey” feeling. Subtle decorations add a touch of color and create an atmospheric and welcoming environment.
 
An en-suite bedroom is also on the ground floor and has a double bed and a 32” Smart satellite TV. Large patio doors, large windows and beds are positioned in such a way that as you wake up, you will enjoy the amazing sea view in front. In this bedroom there is also a sofa bed for a child up to 12 years old.
 
All downstairs areas have direct access to the pool and outdoor dining.

First Floor
 
A staircase leads you to the two bedrooms with private bathrooms as well as Smart 32” satellite TV each. One bedroom has a double bed, while the second contains two single beds which can be joined together in a single upper mattress above to create a double bed (if requested prior to arrival).

In addition, a spacious private terrace with elegant outdoor furniture, overlooking the stunning panoramic view of the sea, the distant shores, the swimming pool, the island of Paximadia and the mountains is shared by the two bedrooms on the first floor. Each bed is equipped with high-quality anatomical mattresses that guarantee the most relaxing sleep.

Exterior

In the spacious outdoor area of the two elevation levels directly above and in the immediate vicinity of the sea, a 50m2 infinity pool dominates (1.35m depth, children’s pool with 0.50m depth). Comfortable sunbeds and inflatable beds are located around the pool, as well as 2 umbrellas provide you with the opportunity to enjoy the coolness of the pool in a unique environment at sea.

BBQ facilities offer an opportunity for delicious al-fresco dining at our large outdoor table accompanied by good local wine under the starry night or during the amazing sunset of southern Crete.

The beautiful exterior of our villa is completed, with the greatest respect for the environment, the local plants and herbs as a continuation of the natural landscape, without anything it seems excessive or extraneous.
